What can ARMS do that my current system can’t?
ARMS has a number of features that are not available on other popular contact management or data management systems.  The benefits of adopting ARMS will be different for every program, so the best way to understand what we can do for your program is to call or email and ask for a demo.

Can I customize my ARMS to feature my school’s logo and color scheme?
Yes, you can easily upload your own logo and pick colors to match.

Can I import my existing data into the ARMS system?
Switching to ARMS is a simple, quick and seamless transition.  The ARMS team will work with you or your IT team to transfer data from your current record keeping system to ARMS.  The setup process includes importing CVS or XLS data from your existing system. This process can be facilitated by your account manager so you don’t have to worry about entering data again.

Is my data secure? What’s your backup policy?
The ARMS system is fully backed up off-site with nightly copies of all your data. This ensures you will never again lose a database or contact list.
